Like so many people, my experiences with the other attorney’s I had used was not very warm nor did I ever come out feeling like they were truly fighting for me or that they even cared. Brett not only genuinely cares about his clients, especially the kids, but he does way more than just talk to try and make everyone comfortable, including the opposing party. He is the first attorney I have used that makes me feel like he is really fighting for me and my kids, listens to me, and not just going through the motions. He is prompt about answering any questions and I LOVE the My Case portal to keep in contact, ask questions or submit documents for his review. If he can’t get it done in a meeting, he is fighting for you in the courtroom. Better yet, his fees are fair also and you don’t feel like you’re being drug through the coals. You actually get some bang for your buck. Most of all, he holds dear good old Christian family values. I promise you won’t be disappointed as long as you listen with an open heart and mind. Mr. Duncan was the second attorney that I hired for my particular situation and I do not regret that choice for a single minute. My husband and I divorced after 21 years of marriage. I have never been divorced before and I had no idea what to expect, but Brett and his staff helped me through it. I had met with a few other attorneys before I hired Brett, but he really made me feel like everything would work out and it did not have to be as ugly as I had imagined.
